Serving Tips
- Keep frozen until ready to serve – Store at -18°C or lower to maintain texture and shape.
- Temper before serving – Take the mooncakes out of the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before serving. This softens the ice cream slightly, making it creamy and easy to cut.
- Slice with a warm knife – Dip a sharp knife in hot water, wipe dry, then slice. This prevents cracking and keeps the cut neat.
食用建议 - 冷冻保存 – 食用前请一直保持冷冻状态，并储存于 -18°C 或以下，以维持月饼的口感与形状。
- 食用前回温 – 从冷冻库取出后，置于室温下 5–10分钟。让冰淇淋稍微回温，口感会更加柔滑，也更容易切开。
- 使用温热的刀切片 – 将锋利的刀浸入热水中后擦干，再进行切片。这样可以减少冰淇淋开裂，让切面更加整齐。

How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat RM10 within Klang Valley for orders placed during our Live Selling period.
What are the delivery days?
We deliver every Tuesday, Friday & Saturday.
What time will my order arrive?
Deliveries will be arranged by area within the following time windows:
* 12PM – 3PM
* 3PM – 6PM
Can I choose an exact delivery time?
As deliveries are grouped by area to keep the delivery fee at RM10, we’re unable to accommodate exact delivery timings. Please make sure someone is available to receive your order during your allocated time window. Alternatively, you could arrange to pick up from our stores at your preferred timing and date. 🤍

在 Live Selling 期间下单，Klang Valley 地区统一收取 RM10 配送费。
